- Customer Remorse: For changes of mind, "don't like it," or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Dravon will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with your order details so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
